Stepping Down

How the day changes as you step down

The schedule shrinks as life returns.

IIP and PHP run full days at first. As you move to IOP and outpatient care, the schedule shrinks so work, family and routine can return.

Read a typical PHP day, hour by hour and what to expect in IOP.

The Space

The space

Calm, personal and discreet.

A discreet Houston Heights setting designed to feel calm and personal. The Heights Difference explains how we approach care.

Programs

Programs that shape the day

Every plan starts with a clinical assessment. Intensity steps down as you stabilize, with the same team the whole way.

Most Individualized

Individualized Intensive Programming

A private plan built around one person, combining therapy, structure and recovery mentoring at the intensity you need.

Full Day Structure

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

Full days of structured treatment on weekdays, with a chef prepared lunch, while you return home each evening.

Fits Your Week

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Groups and individual therapy several days a week, stepping down as you stabilize.

Registered Dietitian

Nutrition Therapy

One to one sessions, nutrition groups and a chef prepared lunch every program day.
