Who We Serve

Who this program is for

Adults living with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder or other psychotic disorders who are stable enough for outpatient care, including people stepping down from a hospital stay.

Dual Diagnosis

Psychosis and substance use

Careful assessment comes before any label.

Meth, high potency cannabis and other drugs can trigger psychosis or make existing symptoms worse. We assess carefully to tell substance induced psychosis from a primary disorder, and treat both when they occur together through dual diagnosis care.

Learn about methamphetamine treatment and marijuana and cannabis treatment.

  • Individual therapy, including CBT for psychosis
  • Skills for daily routine, stress and relapse warning signs
  • Family education and support
  • Daily structure in PHP or IIP, including a chef prepared lunch on program days

Safety First

When a higher level of care is needed

We plan for the hard days as well as the good ones.

If someone is not safe, or symptoms are severe, we coordinate with hospitals and residential programs and plan the return to outpatient care. In an emergency, call 911, or call or text 988.
