The Executive Track

High-performing outside, struggling underneath

Executives and professionals often carry significant stress, anxiety, depression, or substance and behavioral patterns while keeping everything running. Competence becomes camouflage: the results stay strong, so nobody asks, and the cost of stopping feels too high, so it gets postponed until it cannot be. We built this track for exactly that situation: serious clinical care across our full conditions expertise, delivered with discretion and flexibility, customized around your role, your calendar, and your goals.

Who We Work With

Rehab for professionals with a lot to lose

Houston runs on high performers, and high performers are precisely who standard treatment logistics fail. This track exists for the people below, and for the reasons they wait too long.

Who This Is For

The professionals we treat

  • Executives, founders, and business owners
  • Physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals
  • Attorneys and licensed professionals with careers to protect
  • Energy, finance, and consulting professionals with demanding travel
  • High-visibility and public-facing Houstonians
  • High performers facing burnout, anxiety, or depression

Why High Performers Wait

Competence is excellent camouflage

Success hides the problem. The drinking lives after hours, the stimulants look like productivity, the compulsive behavior is a private pressure valve, and the results keep everyone, including you, from looking closer. Add the fear of exposure, a calendar with no margin, and the belief that stepping away means losing everything, and treatment gets postponed for years. This track removes those reasons: evening and virtual care, absolute confidentiality, and a plan built to protect the career while it treats what is underneath.

Why It Works

Built around a demanding life

Three things make this track work for people who carry a lot of responsibility, without diluting the clinical depth by a single degree.

Privacy First

Discretion & Confidentiality

Private scheduling, careful communication, and a team that understands what your name and reputation are worth. Nothing is shared with an employer, a licensing board, or family without your written authorization.

Fits Your Calendar

Evening & Virtual Scheduling

Evening IOP delivers full clinical intensity after work hours, and virtual sessions travel with you. Many professionals complete treatment without a workplace ever knowing.

No Shortcuts

Executive-Level Clinical Care

Master’s-level clinicians with advanced training treat the whole picture, stress, mood, trauma, and any substance or behavioral pattern, in one plan, with medication management integrated when appropriate.

What We Treat

The conditions behind the performance

The same conditions we treat across the practice show up differently in high performers, and this track is calibrated for how they hide.

The Quiet Weight

Burnout, Anxiety & Depression

High-functioning anxiety and depression are our daily work: performing at the top while empty or wired underneath. Treated with evidence-based therapy, and medication management when appropriate, before burnout makes the decision for you.

After Hours

Alcohol & Substance Use

The executive drinking pattern, the stimulants that pass for productivity, the pills that manage the pressure. Treated with relapse prevention built for business dinners, travel, and high-stakes weeks, with detox coordinated discreetly by referral when needed.

The Pressure Valve

Process & Behavioral Addictions

Compulsive gambling and trading, pornography and sexual behavior, and other patterns that thrive on stress and secrecy. CSAT-led, shame-aware, and handled with complete discretion.

Burnout and Leave

Executive burnout, and keeping working during treatment

Two questions come up in nearly every first call from a professional: is this burnout or something more, and can I get help without stepping away from work?

Executive Burnout

When rest is not enough

When exhaustion, detachment, and dread persist through weekends and vacations, burnout may have crossed into depression, anxiety, or drinking more to cope. We assess what is driving it and build a plan that may include therapy, medication management when appropriate, and Evening IOP so you can keep working.

Leave and Benefits

FMLA, EAP, and planning time away

Some professionals take protected leave under FMLA for PHP, while others use Evening IOP to avoid leave entirely. Your HR team or EAP can explain what your employer offers, and our guide to using FMLA for treatment in Texas walks through the steps. We coordinate with your EAP when you choose to involve them.

Levels of Care · ASAM-Guided

The right intensity, without the disruption

After a confidential assessment, a licensed clinician recommends the right level across our full continuum, always with your schedule and privacy in mind, and adjusts it as you stabilize.

The Backbone

Evening IOP

Full IOP intensity after work hours. The centerpiece of the executive track: real treatment, invisible to a workplace.

Our Approach

Care that respects your time and your privacy

We keep things efficient and confidential, coordinate around your calendar and travel, and treat co-occurring conditions in one dual diagnosis plan rather than sending you to three places. Family is involved when it helps, telehealth keeps care consistent on the road, and we are clear about cost and out-of-network benefits up front. Your care is customized around you, built to fit a demanding life, not to upend it.

Common Questions

Executive care, answered

If you do not see your question here, call our admissions team at (877) 549-5102 and we will walk you through it, privately.

How do you protect my privacy?

Discretion is built into how we work, from private scheduling to confidential communication. Nothing is shared with an employer, a licensing board, or family without your written authorization, and we will talk through your specific privacy needs at intake.

Can I get treatment without taking leave from work?

Often yes. Evening IOP delivers full clinical intensity after work hours, and flexible outpatient and virtual options are designed so many professionals continue working while in treatment. We will recommend the right fit at assessment.

Will my employer or licensing board find out?

Not from us. Your treatment is confidential and protected by law, and information is released only with your written authorization. Treatment happens on your own time, and many clients complete care without a workplace ever knowing.

What do you treat in this track?

Stress and burnout, anxiety and depression, trauma, alcohol and substance use, and process addictions including gambling, trading, and compulsive sexual behavior, with co-occurring conditions treated together in one discreet plan.

Do you treat physicians, attorneys, and other licensed professionals?

Yes. We regularly work with professionals whose careers depend on discretion. We understand the stakes and tailor care to protect both your wellbeing and your privacy.

Can I receive care while traveling for work?

Often, yes. Many sessions and groups are available by telehealth, so you can stay consistent in treatment even with a demanding travel schedule.

How quickly can I start?

Fast. Call (877) 549-5102 or send a confidential message, and admissions can usually schedule a confidential assessment within days, often around your work calendar.

Do you offer medication management?

Yes. Psychiatric medication evaluation and monitoring are integrated with your therapy when clinically appropriate, so the whole plan lives with one team instead of three offices.

How much does the executive program cost?

Cost reflects the services and intensity in your customized plan. We are private pay and work with out-of-network benefits, provide detailed superbills, and explain everything clearly before you commit to anything.

Do you take insurance?

We are private pay and also work with out-of-network benefits. We will explain costs and verify your specific benefits before you commit to anything, discreetly.

Do you treat executive burnout?

Yes. Burnout often overlaps with depression, anxiety, or drinking more to cope. We assess what is driving it and build a plan that may include therapy, medication management when appropriate, and a schedule such as Evening IOP that lets you keep working.

When can I call and speak with someone?

Our admissions team answers seven days a week, from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm Central Time. Call (877) 549-5102 to talk with a real person about what is going on, your schedule, and whether our programs are the right fit. If you reach out after hours, leave a message or send the consultation form and we will return your call as soon as we open. If this is an emergency, call 911. If you or someone you love is in a mental health crisis, call or text 988.
