HOW IT WORKS
How We Work With Referral Partners
We make referrals simple and the clinical relationship transparent. After a confidential assessment guided by ASAM criteria, we recommend a level of care, from Individualized Intensive Programming through PHP, IOP, and evening IOP, and we build continuing care for clients stepping down from residential treatment. With consent, we coordinate the clinical handoff, share appropriate updates, and collaborate on the plan so the transition is seamless.
We collaborate with partners rather than trade endorsements, and we keep every plan centered on the individual.

Do you provide continuing care after residential treatment?
Yes. Continuing care is one of our core programs, designed to preserve the individualized experience of residential treatment while a client reintegrates into everyday life at home.
How do you keep referral partners informed?
Within the bounds of client consent and privacy law, we share appropriate updates and collaborate on the plan so you stay informed about your client’s progress.
Is care private pay or insurance based?
We are private pay and also work with out-of-network benefits. We are transparent about cost and coverage before anyone commits to care.
