As you step down through levels of care, we keep you connected to clinical support, peers, and family so momentum is not lost. We coordinate referrals to recovery resources when they help, involve loved ones throughout, and stay honest about cost and out-of-network benefits. We also host evening open family meetings, an ongoing, welcoming space where loved ones can learn, connect with other families, and find support alongside your recovery. Every plan is customized around you, elevated by design and built for the long haul.
