INDIVIDUALIZED INTENSIVE PROGRAMMING
When You Need More Than a Standard Program
Individualized Intensive Programming, or IIP, is our flagship level of care and the clearest expression of how we practice: elevated by design, customized around the person. Instead of slotting you into a fixed schedule, we build an intensive program from the ground up around your clinical needs, your history, your privacy, and your life. It is ideal for complex or co-occurring presentations, for people who need real discretion, and for anyone who has found that one-size-fits-all programs simply do not fit. It is also our most immersive option: the structure and depth of a higher level of care, brought into your daily life, with recovery mentoring woven in so support continues between sessions, not only during them.
WHO IT IS FOR
IIP Is Often the Right Fit For
- Complex or co-occurring mental health and addiction needs
- Executives and professionals who need privacy and flexibility
- People stepping down from residential who want intensive, personal care
- Those who need a level of customization standard programs cannot offer
- Anyone who wants a program built around them, not the other way around
WHAT MAKES IIP DIFFERENT
Designed Around One Person at a Time
Three things set Individualized Intensive Programming apart.
BUILT FOR YOU
A Plan Designed From Scratch
No fixed track. We assemble your services, intensity, and schedule entirely around your clinical needs and your life.
EVERY TOOL
The Full Modality Palette
CPT, EMDR, somatic experiencing, neurofeedback, CSAT, plus experiential and family work, combined as your plan requires.
PRIVATE & FLEXIBLE
Discretion and Pace
A private, discreet setting and a pace that adapts as you progress, with specialty therapies added whenever they help.
HOW IIP FEELS
The Depth of Higher-Level Care, at Home
IIP brings the structure, intensity, and accountability of a higher level of care into your own home and daily life. Recovery mentoring is woven in, so you have steady one-on-one support and guidance between sessions, not just during them. Your parents, your partner, your loved ones get to be exactly that, a source of encouragement and presence, while our clinical team carries the treatment, the structure, and the coordination. You stay surrounded by the people and the life you are fighting for, and we handle the rest.
LEVELS OF CARE · ASAM CRITERIA
Intensity Matched to You
A licensed clinician uses the ASAM Criteria to shape the right intensity for your IIP, then adjusts it as you stabilize, stepping you toward less intensive care when you are ready.
OUR APPROACH
The Heights Difference, Concentrated
IIP is where our philosophy shows most clearly. Care is led by master’s-level clinicians with advanced training, co-occurring conditions are treated together, family is involved when it helps, and your privacy is protected throughout. We are honest about cost and out-of-network benefits from the first conversation. Above all, your program is genuinely yours, elevated by design and customized around the person, not a diagnosis or a template.

COMMON QUESTIONS
IIP, Answered
If you do not see your question here, call our admissions team and we will walk you through it.
What is Individualized Intensive Programming?
IIP is our most personalized level of care. Rather than a fixed schedule, we build an intensive outpatient program entirely around your needs, history, and life.
How is IIP different from PHP or IOP?
PHP and IOP follow more standardized structures. IIP is fully customized in services, intensity, and schedule, and is well suited to complex needs or people who require more privacy and flexibility.
Can specialty therapies be included?
Yes. EMDR, CSAT, neurofeedback, somatic experiencing, and experiential and family work can all be built into your IIP as your plan requires.
Do you take insurance?
We are private pay and also work with out-of-network benefits. We will explain costs and verify your specific benefits before you commit to anything.
Who is IIP best suited for?
People with complex or co-occurring needs, those who value privacy and flexibility, anyone stepping down from residential who wants intensive personal care, and people who have found standard programs do not fit them.
How long does IIP last?
There is no set length. Because it is fully customized, your program runs as long as it is helpful and steps down as you stabilize. We revisit the plan with you throughout.
Is IIP available with flexible or evening scheduling?
Yes. Scheduling is part of what we customize, including evening options, so your program can fit around work, family, and privacy needs.
How much does IIP cost?
Because IIP is fully individualized, cost reflects the services and intensity in your plan. We are private pay and work with out-of-network benefits, and we will explain everything clearly before you commit.
Is IIP like residential treatment?
IIP gives you the depth and structure of a higher level of care while you stay in your own home and life. It is not a residential or around-the-clock program. Instead, your loved ones provide day-to-day presence and support, and our clinical team handles the treatment, structure, and coordination.
Is mentoring included in IIP?
Yes. Recovery mentoring is woven into IIP, giving you consistent one-on-one support, accountability, and encouragement between clinical sessions, so progress is reinforced in everyday life.
