FAMILY PROGRAM
When One Person Struggles, Everyone Feels It
Mental health and addiction are family experiences. Loved ones carry worry, anger, guilt, and exhaustion, and old patterns can quietly keep everyone stuck. Research consistently shows that when families are involved, outcomes improve and recovery lasts longer. Our family program gives the people who care about your loved one a way to understand what is happening, communicate differently, and take care of themselves, so the whole system can heal, not just one person in it.
WHAT FAMILIES GAIN
How We Support Families

- Tools to support recovery without enabling
- A path to rebuild trust over time
HOW IT WORKS
Three Ways We Walk With Families
Education, therapy, and support for loved ones, woven into the recovery plan.
UNDERSTAND
Family Education
Learn how addiction and mental illness work, so worry turns into understanding and effective support.
RECONNECT
Family Therapy
Guided sessions to rebuild communication, repair trust, and set healthy boundaries together.
FOR YOU TOO
Support for Loved Ones
Space to process your own grief, stress, and resentment, because you matter in this too.
PART OF THE PLAN
Family Work, Built Into Care
Family involvement is woven into our levels of care and can be added to any custom plan. We meet families where they are, whether that is one conversation or ongoing work over time. We also host evening open family meetings, an open and welcoming space where loved ones can learn, connect with others who understand, and find support together.
OUR APPROACH
Compassion for Everyone in the Story
We do not assign blame. Families are doing their best in hard circumstances, and they deserve support and tools, not judgment. We help loved ones support recovery without losing themselves, respect the boundaries and autonomy of the person in treatment, and stay honest about cost and out-of-network benefits. Every family is different, so our work is customized around yours, elevated by design and built to help the whole system heal.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Family Support, Answered
If you do not see your question here, call our admissions team and we will walk you through it.
Do you have to be in treatment for my family to get support?
Family work is most powerful alongside a loved one’s care, and we will talk through the best way to involve your family during an assessment.
What if my loved one will not get help yet?
That is common and painful. Call us, and we will talk through options for supporting them and caring for yourself while they decide.
Is family work confidential?
Yes. We respect the privacy of everyone involved and will explain how confidentiality works for family sessions.
Do you take insurance?
We are private pay and also work with out-of-network benefits. We will explain costs and verify your specific benefits before you commit to anything.
Do you offer in-person support groups for families?
Yes. In addition to family therapy, we host evening open family meetings, a welcoming, low-pressure space where loved ones can learn about recovery, connect with others who understand, and feel less alone. Call us and we will share how to take part.
How can I support my loved one without enabling them?
It is one of the hardest balances in recovery. We help families set caring, consistent boundaries, separate support from rescuing, and respond to setbacks without shame. You do not have to figure it out alone, and our family work gives you a practical plan.
What does family support cost?
We are private pay and work with out-of-network benefits. Family involvement is built into care, and we will explain any costs clearly and verify your benefits before you commit to anything.
